ViaanBooks began as the in-house system for a working tea and spices distribution business. Every screen exists because someone needed it on a real trading day — loading a van at dawn, chasing a payment, closing the cash at night, and answering to an auditor later.
It is developed by a practising chartered accountant, which shows in the parts customers rarely see: balanced posting, reconciling subledgers, controlled reversals and books that hold up to scrutiny.
